OUR ISSUE RESOLUTION PROCESS
We believe when we have a transparent approach with parents that includes humility, empathy, and an earnest desire to partner together for a resolution, we will all grow closer together and thrive.
To support our value, “Partnership”, this is our process for feedback and concerns:
- Speak with the teacher as quickly as is appropriate to address the concern
- Submit a short description of the issue on our website form (Very Important for us to help improve – whether or not the issue is resolved with the communication above)
- Anticipate a communication from our site Director to either schedule a time to discuss and work towards a resolution of
the situation - Escalate the situation, if not resolved in a timely fashion
- Complete a survey that we will send out to you, with the goal of enhancing our service to you and the community we serve
When we don’t get it right, we take the following approach to correct things using this process:
- Identify our shortcomings / mistakes
- Empathize with the parent, child or team member involved
- Accept responsibility where needed
- Develop Action Plan
- Communicate status of resolution steps
- Do our best to correct the situation ASAP
By following these steps, we hope to always be improving our services for you and keeping our center a safe place for your child to learn and grow!
